Application

Process

1. Select a photo grade printing parameters ,use a hair dryer after printing ink or dry naturally heated drying
2. Use of transparent varnish evenly sprayed on the patterned surface
3. Use a hair dryer heat drying varnish or natural dry
4. Cut size
5. Put it into the water for 5-10 seconds to make the base paper and transfer film full separation
6. Transfer pattern
7. Carefully scrape blisters (after positioning with business card paper scraping blisters) restaurant with a dry cloth or paper graze the surface and the surrounding water
8. Put it into the oven, the baking temperature 110-130 °C ,10-15 minute
9. Finished products. After drying, coat the paint onto the object surface, nature dry by 12hours, which keep the object and pattern together firmly.
