Do I Need Inkjet or Laser Decal Paper?

Inkjet decal paper is made for inkjet printers ... laser decal paper is made for laser printers. Inkjet decal paper will NOT work properly with laser printers ... laser decal paper will NOT work properly with inkjet printers. There are exceptions,but unless it is specified with the paper description, the correct paper must be used for your type of printer.

Inkjet Printers
An inkjet printer propels tiny droplets of ink onto the decal paper during printing and requires drying time.

Laser Printers
Laser printers use a special laser to produce an electrically charged image on a drum, which is then rolled through powdered toner.
The toner then fuses onto the paper using heat. Requires no drying time as the heat of the laser will bond the toner to the decal.
